Parent Support Groups

Parent support groups are tailored for families who have toddler and pre-school aged children and would like a place to engage in discussions about the typical issues affecting their day to day lives. These groups aims to broaden parents’ understanding of child development, while also teaching skills that can help them better navigate challenging situations. Positive and respectful parenting practices are reviewed with topics ranging from limit setting and separation anxiety to emotional intelligence, language development, tantrums, toilet learning, and the power of play.
